As Vice President of Civic Innovation, Jonathan Moore leads civic innovation and analytics for Allasys. He is the founder of RowdyOrb.it, focused on digital equity and community broadband infrastructure. He co-instructs Principles of Environmental Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and chairs the board of the New Song Community Learning Center in the Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood.

Across more than twenty years, his work has crossed multicultural marketing, media, workforce development, and civic technology, informing how Allasys designs data products and engagement for city, state, and federal civilian clients.
