Samuel Washington is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Allasys. He carries the technology standards, architecture, security, and health IT interoperability portfolio across the company's technology programs, ensuring systems meet FHIR, TEFCA, and federal compliance requirements. A retired Air Force officer, he has spent over thirty years standing up technology infrastructure in high-stakes environments across the Department of Defense, academic institutions, and private industry. He deployed to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds an MS in Computer and Information Science and an MS in Information Management, along with CRISC and ITIL certifications. He is also a licensed aircraft pilot.
